When we work together in person we will start from this comfortable space and then bridge to some experience that your Higher Self or Unconscious knows that you need to explore to resolve the issue we are addressing.
You can also use these recordings over and over to just go to a relaxed place.
Note: One of these meditations is designed to be done lying down and the other one is designed to be done sitting up.
